This is a Rotor’s variant, VARIO means “Variable”.
This machine can change the height of the pleat without changing
the engraving rolls group.
The machine is usually supplied with 2 rolls groups that allow to
create pleats from 15 to 60 mm.
This machine is supplied with a motorized hold paper with
automatic tensioning system.
This category is subdivided in 2 more variants ( different systems
of pleats collector) specialized according to the type of paper to
produce:
standard pleats collector
pleats without glue (circular air filters and cabin filters)
belts pleats collector
pleats without glue (oil/fuel filters , air circular and cabin filters)
